⚡ About Ray – The Heart Behind Be Bright Electric

I’ve always believed the best work is done with heart — helping people, making them happy, and leaving things better than you found them.

​

I was raised in a hardworking, blue-collar family with no business experience. Everything I’ve achieved has been built from the ground up through dedication, long hours, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

​

After graduating from Triangle Tech, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee and spent three years gaining real-world experience in the electrical trade. When I came back home to Erie, Pennsylvania, I completed a four-year apprenticeship and earned my Journeyman License.

​

After more than 20 years in the trade, I launched Be Bright Electric LLC, built on a simple promise: honest work, quality craftsmanship, and genuine care for people.

​

My biggest motivation is my family. I’m a proud dad of four — and one of my daughters lives with Type 1 diabetes. Watching her strength and resilience pushes me every day to work hard, provide, and make a difference for the families we serve.
