Meet Nick - Electrical Apprentice
Hey Everybody! I am Nick and I’m a 19-year-old electrical apprentice who has been working with the team for a little over a year. As the owner’s nephew, I’ve had the opportunity to learn the electrical trade in a hands-on environment while being part of a family-owned company that takes pride in doing quality work.
Over the past year, I’ve gained valuable experience in the field and have learned something new with every project. I’m hardworking, dependable, and always willing to learn and improve my skills. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow in the electrical trade and building a strong career for myself. Working in this trade, and for this business, I have learned so much about myself as a person.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as being outdoors. Hunting and fishing are two of my favorite hobbies, and I enjoy getting out whenever I have the opportunity. I try to maintain a good balance between work, the people close to me, and the things I enjoy.
I’m proud of the experience I’ve gained so far and I am excited to see where this journey of a career takes me.

Meet Ashley – Office & Customer Support
Hello! I’m Ashley, the secretary for Be Bright Electric, where I handle scheduling, customer communication, and the day-to-day organization that keeps everything running smoothly. I take pride in being professional, motivated, and friendly, and my goal is to make every interaction easy and positive for our customers.
I joined Be Bright Electric just recently after being neighbors with Ray for two years and becoming close friends. While I’m newer to the electrical industry, I’ve quickly grown into my role and truly enjoy helping build something meaningful. My focus is on punctual scheduling, clear communication, and reliable support — ensuring every client feels taken care of from the first call to the final follow-up.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two amazing boys, ages 9 and 3, who keep life full of adventure and purpose. I love spending time with my family, exploring new places, and making lasting memories. That balance of family and professional growth motivates me every day.
